A highly useless, dramatic talking shop located in New York City where representatives from tiny countries that nobody has ever heard of gather to deliver very boring speeches criticizing the United States. Since they stubbornly refuse to rubber-stamp my beautiful executive decrees and have done absolutely nothing to stop global conflicts, its logical destiny is to be bypassed entirely in favor of my Board of Peace, or eventually converted into a beautiful, high-rise luxury hotel where we can actually charge them rent for taking up valuable Manhattan real estate.
